This was a comfortable stay for the price. We had outstanding, neat room, enjoyed the location, it was excellent near convention center. All the staff were courteous, exceptional.

Very, very nice staff, provided useful info. There were climate control, TV and a seating area in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Jacuzzi bathrooms, that included a Jacuzzi, were cleaned daily...
The staff - some of them were highly unprofessional.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff who checked me in was very friendly and efficient. I loved the fridge, microwave and space in the room.
I did not get my requested wake-up call. The bathroom was not as clean as I would like. There was hair in the tub and a plastic razor lid behind the door on the bathroom floor.

The location was perfect for visiting the Spearfish Canyon Country Club and enjoying a quick round of golf. And the space for our large family and 3 dogs was a major win.
My children wanted more breakfast options. Having just a few choices really didn't cut it for a family of our size.

Just okay for a short stay
The location is pretty good, close to downtown and easy to find. Breakfast had decent choices. I left feeling frustrated tho since our room was never cleaned properly. I just wanted clean towels. The staff were mostly nice but got annoyed having to reprogram the key every time. Not sure I'd choose this place again.
